U Turns
The bike course for the ITU Standard/Olympic Worlds has recently been released. Although I live in Chicago, I'm still trying to wrap my head around it. As confusing as the description is, the course does appear to have perhaps seven u-turns in two laps. My question is, are their any tips and tricks or other common wisdom to executing u turns under racing conditions such as these?
The link to the course description and map below is for the curious only.
Thanks for your help.
