Hi Coach,
Context: I'm in week 16 of 20 of Adv IM Chattanooga plan. I had a mechanical issue @ mile 60 of 100 this morning on my long Saturday ride (rear derailleur exploded). I quickly got my bike to the mechanic and he's having to order a new derailleur and won't have my bike ready until next Friday (and I don't have a backup bike at the moment to ride). I'll also point out that I've recently moved to AZ and haven't really met anyone I could borrow a bike from yet.
Question: I've really stuck to the training plan over the past 7-8 weeks and am wondering what I should do to with my training days until I get my bike back form the shop (next thurs/fri) ? I do have access to a stationary bike at the gym if I needed.

You can run 90' on Tuesday at Goal Race Effort (aka not hard) and your Long Run on Thursday. Mon/Wed/Fri are swim days, Sat/Sun are back on the bike!
