What to do Post camp week?

Coach...not quite sure what to do post camp week, would like your input.

My normal week is:

Mon.- swim, TP run
Tue.- TP ride, swim
Wed.- long run
Thursday.- swim, ABP ride
Fri.- tempo run, swim
Sat.- long ride, IM pace brick run
*always take Sunday off

For camp week I did the 112 ride/6 mile run on Thursday, 100 ride Fri., and a 15 mile run Sat....everything went pretty good.

So because I always take Sunday off anyways, I'm wondering how to get back into the groove this coming Mon.? Just dive back into my normal week, and if not, how would you recommend I tweak it?
