Week 11

Man these last two weeks have really pushed me. We are going to Dinsey World this weekend so I've adjusted my week. I did Wednesday's bike workout today and will be doing Thursday's run tomorrow. My shiny new FTP is kicking my butt!

I just finished the run by doing 0.3 mile laps around the park while my son's at soccer practice. It was my first training run done on grass. Much easier on the feet and much harder effort required than I'm used to.

How's everyone else's week going?

  • First two days back on HIM for me. Upper body is holding up in pool - barely! Looking forward to bike tomorrow. On call this weekend so will be lucky to get in all the bikes but will give it a go
  • First week back drinking the HIM cool aid and I am toast. Ready for a break, eyeing that a big day next weekend since I was on call this weekend, but still finished with 30 miles of solid running.
