Hi Coach P,
So I'm in week 10 of IM plan-pondering how to hack the Saturday big day.
1 hr swim, 4hr bike 1hr run.

First, it's still VERY hot in Phoenix.
Pools don't open before 0600, and we are already on the road biking by 5:30 to beat the heat
Last, I have to be somewhere 1100 sat am.

So I could ride sat am, do longer run early Sunday followed by swim

Or, take it easy sat and do big day all at once Sunday (Monday is holiday so like having a day off) but changing order:
Bike first, swim and run on treadmill

Which makes more sense right now?
