Just finished up Camp Weekend of the Advanced IM Plan and am enjoying a well earned day off . I'm really very happy I was able to complete all 4 days as written, woohoo! This is my third year with EN and third IM and I can not begin to explain how grateful I am for finding EN and how your plans and coaching have taken my fitness and athleticism to a whole other level!
Need some guidance with this week. I have an Oly on Sunday and would like your thoughts on what my workouts should be leading up to the race.

But you are 100% right to celebrate...that's some great work you just put in!!!!!
Post camp week is pretty light, on purpose, but by the weekend it's back to game on...so I say follow the week and do your Saturday session for TIME, not EFFORT (and no run) and then we can have you race Sunday and then continue on with the next week......deal?
