  • Keith, hope football has been fun! Extra points to you for keeping the fitness going even with your extracurricular stuff.

    The NOV OS starts....on 10/26 (of course!). So you have about 6 weeks to go...ideally you would do the run focus now, but stop it in week 4 (From a super intensity stand point) and you and I can figure out a two week block that keeps your running going for the Half without blowing you up at the start of the OS. How does that sound?
