Fueling At T1?
I noticed a flaw in my current plan: I do not have anything scheduled to eat when I get in from the swim and transition to the bike! My first bit of fuel (currently planned) is 30min into the bike. Probably not smart...
Any suggestions on what would be good AND easy after an hour+ swim?

Do NOT have a plan to eat anything in T1. It's far to chaotic. Put easy to digest stuff on your bike (I had a bottle of regular Gatorade and 2 gels) and hit those before you get to the first aid station, which will be about 30-40' out of T1
Okay, that explains the gap, then.
Get in and out of T1.
Don't snack.
