GATORADE ENDURANCE VS POWERBAR PERFORM
I'm sure many in the house have already calculated how to adjust nutrition from the past on course offering of PERFORM to the new GATORADE ENDURANCE.
Kindly share your learnings with me given my IM nutrition table is PERFORM based and while I have made some adjustments in training and RR to reflect the differences (mainly in sodium) I want to double check my math!!! (before final RR this week!!!)
