Murphy'sLaw crushes in Philly

My pal and on and off ENer better known as Murphy'sLaw had nice run at the philly marathon yesterday.

A little bit irratating thing is that this was his first open mary and he only started to focus on running after winning american zofingen long course in October.   Work works...

Wow, let ML know that I said congrats on another amazing result this year.  I may have to try and catch him on the run now

Impressive! It's amazing that result was 9th in his age group. 40-somethings are killing it!

Old doodes are fast for sure.  There is no benefit to aging up from 35-39 to 40-44 these days, still need sub 10 at a hilly IM to go to Kona.  Imagine that 45-49 is gonna be the same way soon.

    Here are Mike's splits:

    1       6:30    139

    2       6:14    149

    3       6:01    150

    4       6:18    150

    5       6:14    152

    6       6:16    152

    7,8     12:40   153

    9       6:07    153

    10      6:29    153

11      7:35    150 (this was the loo break)

    12      6:11    151

    13      6:22    154

    14      6:36    157

    15      6:17    155

    16      6:31    155

    17      6:28    156

    18      6:32    157

    19      6:34    158

    20      6:45    158

    21      6:24    159

    22      6:28    161

    23      6:41    160

    24      6:40    160

    25      6:43    162

Hope it's not for another couple years.
