P5 Aero Bar Set up - Help Please

When I bought my P5 two years ago, i was set up in the high bar set up (P5 riders undersstand this) but because of my reach being shorter (I have a shorter stem on my roadbike also) I am set up on straight bars for the aerobars instead of the J or ski bend bars that come standard (which I hate!)

I would much prefer to get some type of angle on the aero bars, all S-bend bars i have found thus far will not work because when you cut the bar for length, the bar is still too long(the bend part starts to hit the receiver of the aero bar (see pics)

Last year after IMMT I saw how upright I was and dropped the high bar out of the picture (see IMAZ pic) I do wonder if this contributed to my disc herniation issue. My plan would be to keep the bars low once I heal and insert perhaps a half inch riser under the pads, but in doing that, I am going to need some kind of rise at the hands, i would think. I did snap the pic below of a set up on a woman's P5 at MT, great bars, but I can't figure out what they are and where to get them. (Her husband who was safeguarding the car/bike had no idea)

As a point of reference, my chiropractor is a very conservative guy and an avid cyclist, he saw no issues with my positioning in the IMAZ picture, but would agree that getting a slight rise would be good. He also felt  that i was indeed too upright in the IMMT pics. I will also probably plan a visit to TT bike fit at some point, but thought i should ping the EN braintrust as there are a lot of Wicked Smart peeps here...
