Bluetooth dongle issue w/ Trianer Road

I can't seem to get trainer road to recognize my Wahoo Blue SC speed/cadence sensor nor my polar bluetooth HRM.

I'm using a KINIVO BTD-400 bluetooth dongle to my windows 7 PC.

Thoughts appreciated?

When I have run into troubles with Trainer Road and the Dongle, it has been because Garmin Express was running in the background. Bit different situation in that I am using ANT+, but it might be worth investigating.

Thanks Brad. I spoke with TrainerRoad last night and there is a "specific" Bluetooth dongle you need for the windows PC.... :-(

I've ordered it, time will tell... I'll let you know if it works.

I have the magical USB dongle for Windows and it has worked for me.
