At the bottom of each Monday workout, it states a mileage target. Is this the target that I should be doing for each workout, or the biking?

Anthony, the Monday Mileage Target is for the entire week's worth of running. So as you are using the Run Accountabilty stuff (

you know what number is "suggested" for your level of plan.
