The week has been fairly odd for me. Had a few work emergencies that had me rescheduling stuff during the week. But in the end so far have still managed to hit all the workouts with the exception of yesterdays brick run. Just had to re-organize them. Oh and a major brain-fart where I cut short my wed. morning run short thinking I had 5mins to get on a call (So did 20mins as opposed to doing the full 1 hr -- I blame lack of sleep ?? ). Re-did the run later in the week.

Not tremendously happy with the Z4/Z5 efforts felt I should have been able to hit a slightly higher gear
Stuck in a hotel room for work but was able to get trainer road up on the TV. Did the Bonus workout (what was I thinking?) and got 256w and 266w for the 15 min intervals for IF 1.01 and 1.03. The brick run was not so fun in the rain but I held my pace. Wk2 in the books. Now on to Week 3!
