On the tuesday workouts, it shows a bike with high priority and run with low priority. Am I to do both of these as a brick or just one?
Do both of them. First choice is as bike in the AM, run in the PM. Second choice is as traditional brick, with the run right after the bike. Third choice is, if you have to drop one, keep the bike (high priority) and drop the run (low priority)
