Zones
How about having a view of my zones when I look at my dashboard or training plan central so that I do not have to refer back to the data tool. I understand that usually people memorize them, but testing every 4 weeks in the OS is not long enough for my thick skull!

Dan, or you could write them down on a sticky and slap it on the corner of the monitor, bathroom mirror, handlebars of your bike, on your forehead.....
