Should I follow the Dopey plan for the weekend runs instead of OT? And follow the outseason for the weekdays to improve in the other disciplines.????

  • I like the combo of Dopey Weekends, OS plan during the week, but remember it's the cumulative run that helps you (not just the weekends). So this would mean Mon/Fri off...or maybe a light swim, but Tues/Thurs would be brick runs or second runs, and Wed is the middle distance long run as written in the OS plan...

    That's a lot of work!!
