Hi Coach Rich--

Loving all the great info.  A bit overwhelmed, but still loving it.

couple questions:

 1. I made a newer plan that is waiting for you to take a look at.  I just read, however that ya'll recommend that we do a 10K & 1/2 marathon (to track progress more than anything) in Dec & jan-- Should I find those & add them in?  If so, Where do they fit the best?

2. On the Core/swim prep workouts- if it says to do 1 pushup, or 1 plank is that 1 set? 

3. How do I get into the run accountability spreadsheet?  I feel like I'm not in the club image
