Tracking run TSS in WKO+ 3

I've never bothered to track my running in WKO but I've been training/racing with a Garmin 405 for over a year.  I just started using a trial version of WKO+ 3.  I'll end up purchasing a lisence next week.  Anyway, Figured I might as well start loading my run training as well.  What do I use for my Threshold Pace - 5K, 10K, threshold pace based on McMillan Running Calculator?  My 5k is aroun 18min so that is definitely too fast for threshold.

  •  Joel - plug your most recent 5K, 10K, or HIM time into the EN data tool (under "Training" above, left). Then look at the "Zones" under "Tests". Use the Z4/TP pace you find there as the threshold pace for WKO+. The 5k time is the preferred one to use for EN, but you can play around with it and use whichever one makes the most sense to you.

  • That was another option...T-pace from the EN data tool, which is basically Daniels. Guess I'll go with that.

Okay, next question - what does everyone use for run charts in WKO? Can I create custom pace zones in WKO or do I have to go with either Friel or PZI?
