Hi coach,
I am late starting the OS due to a hamstring issue. When I can start, I assume I will do week 1 for testing and then what do I do next? Continue on to week2 or jump into where I am suppose to be currently? Thanks Amy Wray

  • Amy, given you are coming back off an injury, I say that you move from Week1 to Week2 (incrementally) and we can discuss shortenting or "clipping" the OS as needed on the back end! Remember, slow and steady at the start...no flash!
