November OutSeason® Team Update The overwhelming theme is: so far, so good! November out season crew is hard at work. There's nothing like kicking off your next season with a solid week of tests, but that's precisely what these brave souls did at the end of October. While the rest of you were enjoying a Halloween candy the November crew has already started laying the foundation for a fantastic 2016 season. Currently BLTs and focus is on determining appropriate targets for the bike and the run, and tracking running consistency with our spreadsheet. Learn more about the November out these and and participate in their conversations online here January Volume Camp - Still Open (1/14/16 to 1/18/16) Coach Patrick will be reading the second annual training camp in Claremont, Florida this upcoming January. This is an excellent opportunity to boost your endurance fitness in all three disciplines. Taking advantage of the fantastic weather, terrain, and facilities available at the National Training Center, this hearty crew will enjoy a well-deserved break from training in the winter. Run Durability is the new theme of our 2016 policies and plans. Whether you are doing the out season, or simply doing one of our run durability plans, odds are you are doing a lot of frequent and steady pace running.
