Heartrate Zones
Good morning!
Looking at my week 2 of training and I see z1-z4 work/heartrate. I've never trained using heart rate monitor. I will get one today…it's not a problem. But is there some test I need to do to set up these zones? is there a thread or page I need to read to set this up? sorry to sound like an triathlon imbecile. Thanks!
