Copy and Paste Problem

Can anyone help me copy my Performance Management Chart from WKO+ to an EN forum page.  I keep getting an security error message to paste to a pop up box with Ctl V but it does not work.

    you got to create a jpg file first. Copy the PMC chart into Paint or something similar. Save it as a jpg file. Then follow the regular instructions for uploading pics to the forms.
