Hello Coach, new to the site so just learning how to get around. I am 8 weeks into training for IM Dubai which is a half. I am using the competitive training plan from Iron Fit. I was originally suppose to do Bahrain this weekend but had a few interruptions in training so switch to Dubai which is on Jan 29th. I love this site and plan on becoming a member when trail period is over. Question that I have is do I continue with the Iron Fit Training plan for the final weeks or change my plan? I will be coming home for good in July so I have IM Timberman in mind, a race that I did two years ago just before I left for the middle east. I live in Qatar at this time.

Yes, you should use our training plan vs the Iron Fit plan.
If you have not already done so, please submit a Triathlon Season Roadmap request to me, under the Training tab above.
Hello coach, would like to change training plans from the Iron Fit one, which one would you suggest. Have 8 weeks remaining before race on Jan 29th and would like to finish in under 6 hrs if possible which is my goal for this race. Also will upgrade from trail to full membership.

Hello Coach, have change of plans. I am leaving the Middle East on the 24th of this month and will miss IM Dubai. I am going back to Connecticut to start a new job, so much for retirement. I plan on doing the Qassey Oly on June 4th and still plan on doing IM Timberman. Do I need to submit anther training road map? Also because I will be running around and working out consistently will be a problem, I would like to start the off season plan on or around the 2nd week of Feb.
