Hi coach
as u may know, i had an ACL surgery on oct 13th and i'm still recovering from it.
In the mean time, thanx to u guys, i won a slot for IM AZ next year. which is now my only A race in 2016
The recovery is going very well and i'm biking (EZ spin) 5x1h a week and swimming 5 to 4 times a week too (with pullboy (no kicking yet)
I'm pretty sure i'll be 100% by May so u can build a normal season road map from May to Nov 20th, but i'm unsure of how to proceed from January to May as the knee will dictate my return to "normal training"
i'm thinking i can start to include pool running 3 times a week from now till January, then 1 normal run/2 pool runs a week in Jan and see how it goes from there (2 runs/1 pool run in feb etc...)
any idea or advice on how i should proceed?
