Training Plan adjustments & questions

Hope all is well. Don't need a thing. Just wanted to thank you for the Body Composition podcast/video. I've signed up for "Lose It!" today. I like what you said about your "Eating self" honoring your "training self". I really have struggled in the past in this area (day to day nutrition). I'm hoping that by starting now, having a long-term plan for trimming down (not trying to cram….uggh miserable!!) that I will set myself up for a great IMTX. Awareness of the calories….and seeing food indiscretions. I so needed this. Thank you for this video! Take care, Steph
