What week am i supposed to be on?  My plan says 7….everyone else in OS appears to be on 8.  I was wondering why nobody had done their core work 2/3 into the day and then I see week 8 folks have a rest day today prior to testing.  haha! I was thinking i missed a holiday or something image    Anyway….just making sure i'm in sync/on track.  Thanks!

  • Steph, according to your Triathlon Season RoadMap™ you are supposed to be on Week 7 right now -- You can view it under Training Plan / TSR Here: http://bit.ly/1O8h6Yg This is b/c of your late season race that you did heading into the OS, we really don't like to accelerate that recovery process as it runs the risk of shortchanging your winter performance.

  • Quick question.....I was 45 min into a hard bike (week 10 Int IM 70 min ride from trainer rode team plans) and I got cut short due to work emergency and had to get back to office. I have time to ride later and run. Should I just get my run in and punt the remainder of the bike or start the bike ride over or warmup and start where I left off. That last option sounds kinda pointless but I don't know. Anybody chime in. I head back to the gym at 5. Thanks.
