Hi Coach!  I'm headed to Colorado to ski Friday - Tuesday.  I'm wondering what workouts I should do Tues-Thursday?  Keeping in mind that I ran a half marathon yesterday and I *might* be able to run once or twice in Colorado, but runs there always feel like total crap.  Thanks!

  • Susan, just spin it out to get your legs back, and then ski your butt off. No "hard" workouts needed this week...we'll get you on the other side when you come back:
