adjustments

Dear Coach

 

1) Happy Holidays !

 

2) Wondering what adjustments we could make to my macro plan

 

a) I am currently in out season plan until february.  Work has been crazy, and I have been terrible at working out.  Should we leave plan as is or prolong out season somehow?

b) February 14-22 we are on vacation. currently there is a swim camp in plan.  Assuming we should keep that, we need to move this a little?

Perhaps you can adjust the macro plan for me as you see fit,
