2016 OS Core Week 10- New Year with a Stronger Core!
HAPPPPPY HOLIDAYS! I hope everyone had a great week last week! We are on a roll and we gotta keep the momentum going. It's hard with so much stuff goin on but we CAN do it! Balance is hard but important

Balance is a little better today on the two appendage planks, and so was the time this week. Laughing was eliminated. So the numbers are better...with the exception of weight. Up significantly with 4 days of feasting with the family at our home (10 adults and 9 grandkids). I was amazed at how quickly it turned up significantly! Ok, back on the calorie counting on myfitnesspal.com. Before that upswing I was stalled in the upper 160's. Not sure how to get beyond those stall points other than heavy workouts with far too little caloric intake (ugh).
Anyway, the family is gone so its a few more quiet days of vacation before work again. That means I can be a little more flexible in the workout times.
