Keeping it in the context of triathlon training.

Also cut a bit on the beer.. but that could wait to 2020 hah..
2. Qualify in Miami 11-13 for ITU 2017 LC WC in Penticton BC
3. Improve over last year's finish in USAT NC Oly, @ Omaha, 8-13.
4. No self-induced injuries or crashes.

2. Diet
3. Minimize chance of injury by being proactive (stretching, strength/core, rest)
1. Consistency, with just a touch of knowing when to back off.
2. Rank top 5 in each discipline in my races.
3. Enjoy each race like its my last.
#1 - Be the person my family needs me to be.
#2- Toe the line at all planned events. Ready to rumble.
#3- Improve body comp. as a function of increased training and reasonable dietary changes.
#4- Lots of XOXOXO
#2: Be very consistent with recording food intake and all wko's.
#3: Work hard at all of the 4 disciplines during each of the wko's.
#4: Tri like it will be my last....because it just may be.

3. Run a race with my grandchildren (ages 8 months and 2 years)
2 - cut out the alcohol
3 - listen to my body and be preemptive to avoid injury
4 - use swim and/or strength training to rehab and gain strength
5 - overcome nutritional set backs in long course races

2. Upgrade bike equipment
3. Strength training 2X / WK
4. Build my professional network
5. Build wealth
6. Make memories with family and friends
@Al - definitely no crashes/injuries
@Jay - logging all food is one of the best , I did consider this as well and glad to see someone posted it, I do find this very difficult to do with my diet (vegan and very variable) but I did it last year for a couple months and learned a lot... I think many people would benefit and learn from logging all food as long as they are honest.
@Evan- I did post "in keeping in the context of triathlon training" in the effort to minimize the "I wanna be the person my Dog thinks I am" New Year's Resolutions but your "learning to fold fitted sheets" takes the cake.... I guess if you learn to do it correctly , you would get faster at it, hence leaving you more time to train ?
@Brad- Since discussing diet is kinda like discussing politics, PM sent to you.
@SS- I view you as a very wealthy man in the terms of what is important!
