Start of training plan

We have a phone call scheduled on Jan 5th, and I was wondering if this will be the start of my training plan? I'm antsy to get started, since I feel sluggish after being out  from surgery, and lazy from all the holiday stuff. Per doc it is another 4 weeks until I can swim, but due to your method, that is no problem at all.

It seems I have a hard time getting into a routine, since my work changed as well. Lots going on! When I know that I'm held accountable for my training though, I will dig in full power.

I looked at the core workout and am ordering the Stretchcordz, but I'm not sure how much I'm able to do with my wrist. Pushups are not possible, since I can't bend my wrist enough yet (frustrated). Planks are not problem though.
