  • I see a trainer two times a week where we do various core exercises, but I will start up this week doing what is prescribed. I will not be doing swim prep because I swim all year long 2x a week with a master club. I will however incorporate some swim specific exercises to replace the cords. I will be weighing myself tomorrow to see where I come in. I usually hover around 125-135. Would love to come out of the outseason at 125lb. Lets see if that is even doable considering the Core Diet says that is my race weight.
  • @ all, what strength cords to buy? how do you figure that out?
    strong, really strong? or one of the child sizes?
