Rich W.'s Micro in RE to the Outseason Plan

I am supposed to start the Outseason plan tomorrow, but I did a not so smart thing over my 2 weeks of instructed training (specifically racing a 50M trail run yesterday). I know that I really need about a week of full recovery (just to give my toenails and feet a rest). My question is if I only do some light spinning and little light running during the 1st week of the Outseason plan, should a swap in the week 1 FTP and 5K TT workouts into week 2? Or would it make more sense to swap out week 2 with week 1's workouts and just move to week 3 as regularly scheduled. I would like to get updated numbers, but I know that I will be pretty weak over the next week. Thoughts?

Recommend you load up the OS plan to end on 4/10, so that you're in synch with everyone else, then test whenever you feel like you're ready/recovered from your 50M run. When you test, just substitute the tests for any of the interval sessions that week.
