2016 Os Core- Week 12- PMA- POSITIVE CORE VIBES

Can you believe it is week 12?!?! WHAT!!!  Way to ROCK it team!! The dedication, commitment and overall awesome postiive attutiudes of the OS are truly amazing and inspiring. Let's keep each other going! Exercises are staying the same this week but the workout link is still below. Remember- a strong core will help EVERYTHING.

  • I think Week 11 core tracker should have included bridges and superman? And we are counting reps for bridge and sup., not time, right?
  • Core work is getting harder to improve on the numbers. I took a bit of a dip over the holidays when I got sick and missed 3 sessions. I am back up near where I was, but just seem to be plateauing a little bit. The superman and bridges definitely work the low back. I have some bad discs, so a little extra care needed with stretching so I keep the pain in check.
