After 4 months off the grid to get my head screwed on straight (death of a brother, training burn out, yada, yada, yada) and gaining weight, I think I am ready for some new and improved EN Mojo!
Been off the radar but following EN Gangsta's in the background on Twitter. You guys have been killing it. Mancona ran a 1:15:xx half marry? Holy cow!
Eyeing HIM in September and maybe the San Francisco Triathlon at Alcatraz in August.

Not sure if you remember that motivational bet we had going...there was nothing on the line on your side but I did keep pushing through the OS and missed the 225 FTP goal on week 20, I tested at 220. I did another 5 weeks of OS and am now at 234. Anyway just a thank you for pushing me even though you were not here I figured you would come back.

I spent last night digging through several forums and got inspired. So today I called my nutritionist and will go in for an "official" weigh-in and BodPod body fat test to set the baseline. I also ordered Primal Blueprint (Thanks CoachP for the thread) and have now set-up a HIM Beginner Plan that starts tomorrow. But I am also noodling maybe doing a modified 8 week OS Plan instead until the actual 12 week HIM Plan starts in earnest. We shall see. And on Wednesday I will hook-up with the EN TOC group for about 15 miles of riding as they roll through Norcal.
No, I am not Type-A. :-) But I am going in the right direction now.
