Training plan

Hi Coach P
Now that I have completed my first week, I am ready to establish a training plan to get me ready for this Sprint season. I have taken most of 2015 off. Did little training. Time to get back into it. How do I select a training plan?

    We then sort out your plans...regardless of where we go, you'll want to use the beginner level just to make sure that you are getting back slowly.

    Remember, starting back up again is about a six week process...42 days. Put a note on your calendar for 14 and 28 days in that you are making progress....if we can get you consistent (not fast), the speed will follow soon after.
