2016 Os Core Week 13- Mind over Matter
WOW!! Can You believe it's week 13?? What happened to the time!! WE ARE GETTING THERE- YES!

I've added a Vasa workout on the core/strength days and have consequently backed of my repetitions of push-ups and stretchcordz.
I don't want to put too much pressure on my shoulders this early on and felt like it was a good idea.
@Todd, I'm with you on sore shoulders. I have one that has gone progressively worse. The upper body work of the cords and pushups are new.
I'm already thinking about how to continue this fun. For me I like Yoga since it integrates stretching with core work. I'm not sure what to do about the upper body work and will need to fit that in.
Definitely feeling those supermans in the low back. Uggh! Agree with the theme, that those are buggers.
I missed my last Friday core, and it showed on Monday, with push-ups taking the biggest hit. I definitely need to plan on keeping these exercises going after the OS, since my core is definitely stronger than it has been in a long time. Good luck with the last OS push!
