2015 vs. 2016 Full Plan

I see that the 2016 Full Plans are loaded.  If I was working the 2015 Full Plan, should I switch to the 2016 plan?  I notice there are some changes to the 2016 plans.  Where can I find a description of the changes in the full plans for 2016?

Jeff, we're in the process of formally rolling these out, to include automatically switching everyone over from '15 to '16 versions, hiding the '15's, outlining the specific changes, etc. We'll get that done shortly so just sit tight. Thx
