Great to chat today!!! White Lake is an early race, but WE CAN DO THIS! Here are my thoughts for you: 

  • Yes to a rest day every Monday, done. If you can move that swim then great, otherwise just drop it and take the day off!
  • I'd like you to drop the Wednesday Run...so runs are Tues / Thurs / Sat / Sun. 
  • If you have room on Wed you can move the swim there from Mon. 
  • We don't need running intensity, I just need consistent running every session; leave the hard work to the bike and swim!

Short Term -- You have the big day this Saturday, it's just meant to be a long session done aerobically. Give your Thursday plans, I say just Bike/Run it...and remember to fuel!
