Boy, I sure hope the include WU/CD time. The WU/CD is different for everyone, so the key is to really hit the main sets, and then if you can do more to extend to the suggested time, then that's cool. I think the only workouts that can be really off by time are the swim workouts. The fishes are going to be able to complete the prescribed workouts much quicker than us normal folks; I've always just done the swim workouts as prescribed without worrying about the allotted time. Jon, yes they do. We only really care about the Main Set (MS) math...so if your run workout is 60', with 2 x 1 mile in it, I assume you are warming up / cooling down in there. If you can do it all (well) in 45', then by all means...unless you are looking to rack up some steady time, all we care about is you got the 2 x 1 mile in and that it looks as good as (if not better than) the same workout last week!
