power on bike
Hi coach P,
Got a power meter for Christmas & am still trying to figure it out. Just did my 14 week test & it got a little info, but sometimes it dropped
From what I can gather, it looks like my normalized power was 33, FTP at 31. Meaning my zones are a LOT lower than I thought they would be. I've heard people say, "My power for that workout was 200." So I was looking for 150 ish. Is my meter broken or were my expectations too high for being a weak- avg biker??

I know this is a micro-forum question but you might get a quicker response and more analysis if you post this it the Power and Pace forum here http://members.endurancenation.us/Forums/tabid/57/aff/26/Default.aspx. Post a link to the file as well and then we can take a look at it and see if there is something wrong with the way it's recording.
