Had a great NOS and enjoyed the unstructured week Coach R gave prior to starting a run focus block. Unfortunately I caught a flu bug that has sidelined me for 5 days. How do I get restarted? What is the right re-entry?

+ Aerobic training this weekend...nothing crazy, but just shake out cobwebs.
+ Load Run GF plan to EN on 3/27 so you start with Week 1.
+ Take it easy on that first week...just get into a good routine (don't chase numbers).
You should be good to go by the end of that next week!!!
