Hello, I am new to EN. I need flexibility in my training schedule. Every week of the short course begins with Monday being a rest day. That does not work for my schedule. Can I or should I simply switch Monday for another day in the week as long as I get all the workouts in?

I bike on Tues/Thur so that part works well. Also I have pool access on Tues/Thur so it would be better to bike/swim on tues/thur. I work from home Monday, Wed, Fri so I can bike or run on those days; pool could be done but it is more difficult.

Any help is much appreciated.

    #1, yes, swapping your rest day is fine. Given how the SC plan works, I'd suggest _not_ putting a hard run on that day if at all possible.

    #2, given your week I suggest you do the following:

    Mon - Brick Run from Tuesday (easy)
    Tues - Tuesday Bike + Wed Swim
    Wed - Hill Run (From Wed)
    Thu - Thursday Bike + Friday Swim
    Fri - OFF
    Sat - As Planned
    Sun - As Planned
