Checking in

Hi Coach Rich,

You have me starting the get faster block this week, ending 4/3 and then dropping into the HIM plan. Several things have come up so I just want check in to see if I need to submit a new season plan. First off my mom died over the weekend but she's been in hospice since December so it's played havoc with training. I finished the NOS with a 20 point increase in FTP so that didn't suffer, but I didn't get a lot of the wko's done in swim camp because I was at her bedside for all of last week. So that's the past. Futherwise, my wife and I are going to New Zealand for 3 weeks in April and we'll run a HM there. So here's my thoughts going forward.

Load up Get Faster ending on 4/3, do a run durability block while we're in NZ (4/1 - 4/22) with Orewa Beach HM towards the end, and then load up the HIM plan when I get back and follow my TSR as you have it planned now. Since I've had most of the last week off I would use this week to ramp up into the GF plan since I'm still pretty wasted from lack of sleep and the stress that comes from losing mom. Let me know what you think of this adjustment.
