In Run jail
Hi Coach, I am scheduled to start Get faster plan this week until 4/3, and then HIM plan after that. I have been in Run jail for a month now, and won't be running another month due to hamstring/hip injury. I was wondering if I should just load Bike block instead, and swim on the run days instead. Please let me know.

Sorry to hear about your hamstring. Yes to bike focus. Hopefully you'll be able to then transition over to the HIM plan after that but you'll need to continue being smart with your run in the HIM plan. Good luck!
