Hello fellow FL 70.3s, I'm Rodney, I joined EN last October after attending their four keys seminar at IMCHOO. I've been self coaching for the last 5 years when my wife and I decided to do IMFL 2012. After completing the NOS program I'm now on the EN half IM program and just completed week 13 which was really a bump up in volume considering I did swim camp after the NOS. Looking forward to this race as I did do it back in 2012 when it was in May and very hot

This is my first time doing 70.3 Florida and looking forward to having my whole family along for this one with a week at Disney on the back-end of the race. Key goal for this race is to pace well on the bike so I can finish with a strong run, especially if heat becomes a factor. Training for this one has some added challenges on getting enough bike volume due to business travel leading into the race. Look forwarded to seeing my fellow ENers there.
