Changing Swim Days
Hello Coach! I'm in the GF plan and the swim days are MWF but...I have only access to my pool on Tues/Thurs mornings, Sunday afternoons and Saturday mornings. I thought it would be an easy adjustment. However this week I found myself plugging in workouts all over the place and not getting enough rest. What is the best solution for this schedule adjustment? Thank you so much! P.S. I have seen huge improvements in my bike FTP over the course of the OS plan!

Mon - Day Off
Tues - Swim + Run FTP
Wed - Bike FTP
Thu - Run Long + Swim
Fri - Run (Strides)
Sat - Bike+Run
Sun - Bike (Optional Swim)
Got it...so when you refer to FTP run and bike (tues/wed), do you mean the high priority sessions? So for example, my high priority 150min bike would move from Saturday to Wednesday? Thanks!
