My Micro thread

Hello, not sure I'm in the right place. Are the workouts in the plan meant to be done as a brick when there are multiple workouts on the same day? And when it says to add 5 strides do you do them after the run or incorporate them within the run.

  • James, yes, this is the right place! For short questions like these, you can also post them to the dashboard as the team can answer them.

    Bikes/Runs are meant to be done together, especially if that works for your schedule. If not, you can do as you need to do in order to get it done.

    For the strides, I do them at the end of the run as part of my final bit. Besides, my neighbors love it when I run back/forth in front of their house in my spandex. image
