Would there be any changes required to my schedule if I dump the race on 6/11? I am losing pool access starting next week through the end of may for renovations. The June race is one I have never done and currently wouldn't mind saving some cash and instead working towards my two A races in July and August.

Please submit a new TSR request as we're now talking about a pretty big gap with no races and I'd like to take a closer look at that.
Thanks for the updated plan. Can you help me choose the weaker of my two sports as you suggested? I would say from a racing perspective running is my weaker event, but I have leaked out of more bike workouts over the winter and feel my running has improved. The last 5K I tested on was 5 minutes faster then my racing last summer. So do I continue to focus on the run and keep it going, especially since its been easier to get those workouts in, or do I transition to the bike to counter act the neglect that discipline has seen over the winter? My bike is nothing stellar, with a 185watt FTP.
